Some Layouts to Share
By Linda Thompson

Hello Green Tara Fans Linda here with a couple more layouts to share with you this month.

"Sweet Treasure"

I was inspired to create this layout by a couple of our other wonderful DT members, I love the result with lots of Green Tara goodies and some very messy hands.

Lots of Green Tara Lace, Cobweb Mesh and ribbon was modged and texture pasted into the background, then gesso added to the edges & homemade paint spray to add a little colour back.
Topped of with roses and buds.

More lace tucked in behind the flowers

Green Tara  ... Lilly, Roses & Rose Buds.

Lots more Green Tara flowers, each has had the edges dabbed with gesso.

Jute Ribbon bow in white with touches of black and blue ink.

Some Sweet Girls
by Jan Rankine

Sweet Child of Mine

Hi everyone, Jan here again - thanks for stopping by.

On this page I have used a Sakura flower in lime, along with the
very elegant Black Satin Rosette.  I also popped a lime green
petal underneath the beautiful 4cm Heirloom.

I just love the delicate little Primula, which I've used here
along with some Roses.  The  Flower Leaf Spray is
easy to separate and that's what I've done here to
add to my cluster.  The self-adhesive  Flower Garland
Ribbon adds just the right touch for emphasis.

My Sweet Girl

On this page I've used similar flowers in different colours.

The  Satin Rosette flower is Burnt Orange.  All Green Tara
flowers come in a variety of colours.  The Latte 5cm Heirloom
flower goes perfectly with the others. Jute Ribbon, which I've
used for the bow, is so versatile it can be used on any layout.

I've combined three Rust Petals and another little Heirloom to
make one flower here along with a lime Sakura.  I painted a
little copper paint onto some yellow Roses. Velvet Leaves are
so very beautiful and I add them to nearly all my layouts.
Self Adhesive Leaf Garland is added for an extra trim.
I used Paper String to create the frames around the photos

Angel Wings

This is a layout I created a while back for Once Upon a Sketch using
 lots of Green Tara goodies.

The beautiful Wild Rose 6cm Silk and Organza Flower is a feature
on this layout, complimented by an Heirloom and Primula flowers.

Roses, Silver Trim and of course Velvet Leaves and
 Green Tara Lace.

Pretty in Pink - 3 Pink Themed Projects
By Mistra Hoolahan

True Friendship

Hi everyone!  Today I have 3 project to share that use the same flowers, trims and papers, I loved the colours so much when I created the layout that I kept going until I had used every bit of them!

I have used one of  my favourite Lace Trims as an accent under a punched border strip...

All the pink blooms I could gather!  I have used Primula's, Heirloom
Flowers and Silk with Swarovski Flowers.

I've also trimmed some of the Silver Diamante Trim into single elements to use as blingy accents, and tied some of the gorgeous Polka Dot Organza into a bow to pop in among my flower bouquet.

Family First Bird House

I had a wonderful collection of Pink flowers left on my desk, so thought I'd
create a cute little OTP Bird House with them.

This time I have used one of the PinCushion Flowers as well and popped a Primula in the centre.  I carefully removed the beaded centre so the Primula would sit flat.  The cute centre will create a nice embie on it's own so I've put that away for later.

I trimmed some of the Lace to create a little 'eave' border on the house.
This lace is really versatile and if trimmed can hold it's shape.

Finally I finished the Bird House off with another Polka Dot Organza bow.  This organza is so soft and delicate, it adds that sweet gentleness to girly work!

Take Delight - Card

I created this little card while I was on a roll... using the last of the Lace Trim I had, some sweet soft pink Pearl Trim and more Silk Flowers with Swarovski Crystals.

The Swarovski Crystals really add that perfect sparkle to a project.

Layouts and tags by Marie-Josée Hamel

Hello, Green Tara fans! I hope you are doing good and that you had a nice Valentine's Day. Today, I have three projects to share with you: two layouts and one set of tags.

"Amour"

For this layout, I went for a really clean and simple look to ensure that the focus will remain on the picture. I cut a huge heart out of a patterned paper and misted it to give it a more solid color.

Then, I created two tiny clusters of miniature Green Tara flowers to frame my picture. I love the Mini Roses and the Mini Rosebuds: they are my favorites! I also used another favorite of mine, the Skeleton Leaves, in Natural. They are perfect on every layout.

Mixed media tags

Since January, I have created many set of tags, and managed to include a few on my layouts. Here's the latest set I created for the Green Tara blog.

To create the set, I used big blooms, namely Wild Rose and Pincushion flowers.

I put a bow under each flower. The orange bow is a satin ribbon, and the other two are jute ribbons.

I also added my beloved skeleton leaves to the orange tag, paper leaves on the yellow one, and velvet leaves on the green one.

"You and Me "

I created this layout for this month's sketch on the Once Upon a Sketch blog:

I really enjoyed creating this huge flower cluster. I particularly like to combine bigger flowers, like the Heirloom flowers, with tiny ones, like the roses and the mini rosebuds.

I also used various types of leaves, such as skeleton leaves, maple leaves and regular paper leaves.
